We have a no-quibble returns policy, where customers have a total of 21 days to evaluate and return their purchase, as long as it has not been damaged, washed, used or worn (other than for trying on for size), and that no labels have been removed. The item(s) should be returned in their original packaging (i.e in a re-saleable condition).
You may return the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange at your discretion. We can however only refund to the same credit/debit card used for the original purchase; if this has expired, then refunds will be made by way of bank transfer or cheque in GB Pounds only.
Where the product you received was either faulty or not as ordered then we will refund your return postal costs.
We recommend that all returns are sent by registered (or ‘signed for’) post, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.
